Adjust self to trust and believe in your friends capabilities. Through that we can foster true friendship. Don't Judge or assume that we need to pull our guards even with a friend. If we still don't fully trust someone, then we can't call that person as a friend. If we tend to do that to everyone, we will turned out to be lonely as others will do the same to us.
