Recently while driving back from the wet market... getting the forthnighly groceries... my eyes caught with an interesting wording of a windshield sticker of the car in front of me..
"Hot Head and Cold Heart never solve Problems. Prayer Does."
Really, a hot head... full of enthusim.. most of the time fueled with anger or revenge.. burned with lust and desire tend to overlook lots of major issues.... Their main objective is prove the others are wrong..
A cold heart.. in other instances.. will never considered the feelings of others.. Some cases the cold hearted person does not care the casulties.. or how many toes that have been steped upon... just to maintain his or her "principles" or "values"..
In both scenarios.. one thing for sure will happen.... new enemies are created.... allied.. ties are broken.. and at the end you will face the 'war' alone.
So.. best thing to do...
BE CALM... TAKE A DEEP BREATH... SAY YOUR PRAYER...
LOOK FOR TRUE YOUR ALLIES, YOUR LOYAL SOLDIER... YOUR GUTS.. LISTEN TO IT..
SHARE YOUR GUT FEELING WITH THE COLLEAGUES..
SEEK THEIR HELP... BE HUMBLE WHILE ASKING...
THAN ONLY YOU CAN START WORKING RATIONALLY...
DON'T WORRY.. MOST CASES THAT WE WORRIED FOR NEVER HAPPEN.. (BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE DON'T NEED TO PLAN AHEAD)
